You will represent KROPKA SOFT in communication with enterprise customers, understand their business needs, and coordinate delivery with our project and technical teams.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B or IT account management
- Excellent command of English and Polish (C1+)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot)

- Knowledge of ERP systems or IT service processes (Odoo, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of accounting, logistics, or HR processes is an advantage
